Cancellation Policy
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the ability to cancel your appointment 24hrs of its scheduled time. If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment it is considered a late cancelation and will be subject to a 50% charge. Failure to pay the fee will result in no longer being able to book with Mercedes.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
No call/ No show will be subject to a 100% charge and you will no longer be able to book with Mercedes.
